Marketplace compliance documents for EU sellers
Marketplaces now ask every seller for product-safety and registration data before a listing goes live in the EU, and they remove listings that miss it.
What marketplaces usually ask for
- Product safety (GPSR): EU Responsible Person details, manufacturer details, product identifiers, safety warnings and instructions in the local language, and photos of labels.
- Conformity: EU declaration of conformity and test reports for products under CE marking rules (toys, electronics, machinery and others).
- Registrations: packaging and battery producer registration numbers where you sell directly to consumers.
- Trader identity: under Article 30 of the Digital Services Act, marketplaces must collect and verify your trader information.
What we do
- Review your current listings and supplier documents.
- Prepare a document pack per product family: safety information, label text in the required languages, and listing fields.
- Identify missing registrations and representatives, and connect you with the services that close them: GPSR Responsible Person, packaging EPR, battery EPR.
- Keep the pack updated when a marketplace changes its requirements.
We work only with genuine documents from manufacturers and laboratories. We do not create or alter certificates or test reports.
