Battery EPR authorised representative
The Batteries Regulation (Regulation (EU) 2023/1542) has applied extended producer responsibility since 18 August 2025. It covers loose batteries and batteries built into products: e-bikes and scooters, toys, phones, power banks, tools and small electronics. A producer selling directly to end users in a Member State where it is not established must appoint an EPR authorised representative there.
