AI literacy training for staff (EU AI Act Article 4)
Article 4 of the EU AI Act applies to every company that provides or uses AI systems, whatever the risk level. Since the Digital Omnibus on AI (Regulation (EU) 2026/1744, in force since 27 July 2026), providers and deployers must take measures to support the development of AI literacy of their staff and of anyone operating AI systems on their behalf. National authorities supervise the rule from 2 August 2026.
The amended text does not require a guaranteed level for each person, but it does require real measures, proportionate to the roles and the AI systems in use.
What we deliver
- Role map — who uses which AI tools, and what each role needs to know.
- Training — live or online sessions of 2 to 20 hours, in English, Spanish or Mandarin Chinese (中文服务), covering how the tools work, their limits, data protection, transparency duties under Article 50 and safe use in daily work.
- Records — attendance, materials and a dated training plan you can show if asked.
- Refreshers — short updates when tools or rules change.
Funding in Spain
Spanish companies can usually fund training through their FUNDAE training credit. We confirm the route for each course before booking.
Who teaches
Sessions are designed and taught by an AI engineer with more than 1,000 hours of teaching and training experience who builds and deploys AI systems.
